Could "NW Guitar" be referring to the song "Cruel World" by Willie Nelson? Could the next clue be in the music?

I think it's possible to suggest that "NW Guitar" might be referring to the song "Cruel World" by Willie Nelson, which plays in the game at the beginning of the epilogue. And that the next clue might be in part of the song's lyrics. For example (hypothesis): the song mentions a desert rose, a desert plain (New Austin?).
And if I may speculate a bit: if that's the case, there might be something related to the spider mystery connected to the New Austin train line. We know that the spider design fits the train track as if the train track were the line of Spider-Man. Could the same thing happen in New Austin?
Has anyone done investigations in this area? Anyone who is in the epilogue? What do you think of these ideas?
