Reviews of Skyline for MTB in Queenstown?

Hi folks!

I am headed to Queenstown to mountain bike and wanted to hear from folks how the trails/value is at Skyline. Does it feel worth the cost? A lot of downhill parks where I am from get pretty rutted out from over-use and the trails become less fun to ride. It seems like Skyline doens't even own these trails, it just drops you off at hte Ben Lemond Trails, is that true? How well maintained is that network? Any other MTB recs while I am in town? Already checked out Bike Glendhu and LOVED it. Really excellent engineering and trail design there. Thanks!
