Buyer return issues

Bought some motorcycle parts from a large buyer, was sent the wrong color, initiated a return. The buyer told eBay they sent me a return shipping label, but they didn't, and are instead trying to get me to cancel my return claiming they'll give me a partial refund after I do so, which I know is so they can instead ghost me and pay nothing. I have no option to reach out to eBay for help on the order page, because its my action to mark it as shipped and give them the tracking number. Today is the last day for me to ship it back to them, but they have yet to give me a return shipping label, still trying to get me to delete the return request for a partial refund. What am I supposed to do? The eBay support bot is in an endless loop of telling me to contact the seller. If I don't give them a tracking number today then will my return request be cancelled? Will I be able to appeal? Should I dispute the charge with my credit card company?
