Would This Look Bad On My Résumé?

Resumes/CVs

(No ChatGPT has been used in writing this. People accuse me for it. Can ChatGPT do this? Bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.)

Hello! I'm seventeen-years-old, and about a half-year-ago, I got my first job as a cashier at Kroger. The experience is alright. I love talking to customers and making their day better, and the reward I get from seeing my customer walk over to a manager as they point at me and they both laugh makes the shitty customers worth it. But I do have some gripes, as everyone does with their jobs.

I make $14-an-hour, which is very decent, but who doesn't want more? H-E-B (if you don't live in Texas, that's our biggest, greatest grocery store) pays $17-an-hour bare minimum. It's so difficult to get to a full time position at Kroger (you have to spend a few years to become a backup department lead), and even then, what's your pay? Oh, right, $17-an-hour. I work very close to Houston, which means I deal with a lot of people in poverty, so they aren't all great. I feel bad seeing so many people using SNAP cards.

Now, I have two options: transfer to a store that's closer to here (easier commute, duh), or put in my two-weeks and get a better job.

Which looks better on a résumé?

I don't wanna seem flaky and give off the impression I'll work for a few months and call quits. I've essentially mastered my job, and I'm easily the most friendly cashier with customers (they all love me, and the managers constantly hear old ladies sing my praises). Any references I put in can vouch for me that I'm not lazy, but still.

BUT... if I work multiple different jobs, and I'm verifiably good at all of them, that shows I'm a quick learner and know a lot of skills.

Oh, woe is me, I don't know which is better....

Do you know? Thanks in advance :)
