Does anyone have any experience with MJT?

I sent them an email asking for more details about the process of painting a set neck and the reply I got seemed very automated and like they were just keen to upsell and take my money. Raised a lot of red flags and I immediately got a bad feeling about it. Has anyone had any experience with them?
