Anyone know why Dive and Polly weren't included on Bleach?

I was watching the Rhino Records performance today, and I started wondering why Dive and Polly weren't put on Bleach, even though they performed them very often. I could see Polly maybe not fitting the album, or not being true to Kurt's vision yet, but Dive? I mean they didn't perform some Bleach songs, but performed Dive. It just doesn't really make sense.
