2020 M340i with 100k+ miles a bad idea?

There's a M340i at a BMW dealership near me listed for 28.5k. It has over 100k miles and two previous owners. I think I probably know the answer, but wondering if it makes sense to consider?

I know B58s are pretty solid motors; but I think there are plenty of other things that go wrong on a high mileage german car. Any advise there?

Finally, wondering if I can have them bundle in an extended warranty in the deal, do you think it might be worth considering then? Any experience with extended warranty on cars with so many miles?
