Don’t know what to do with excess legendaries and dupe shinies

Hey so I’m planning on coming back to the game after playing like 4 times briefly in the last 1 or 2. I have a bunch of dupe legendaries and shinies and I do not know if I should transfer them, keep them, or maybe trade them (hard to do not many players gather in my area)
