Do I listen to the Devil or the Angel on my shoulder?

Today I got a text message from a local hospital asking for me to review my recent visit to their ER. Here’s the thing though. I haven’t been in that ER since June 2025.

This means that someone else used my information to get a free ER visit

So do I call my insurance and tell them it wasn’t me, or do I let those charges go towards my out of pocket for this year? Which ultimately means less money I have to spend for my health care costs this year .

I really want to do the right thing, but if things keep going in the world as they are, gas prices and food prices are about to skyrocket, and I need all the help I can get
