Complex multisystem case

Question

I’m 23yo and always struggled with bloating, constipation and stomach pains since my parents got divorced. My blood pressure has always been low 100/60. But since traveling last year I suffered acute gastritis as well. Tested negative for SIBO, h pylori etc. Since then my stomach is messed up as well. Bloating from above, pain, full feeling, slow gastric emptying.

After a weekend in Paris where I decided to enjoy and let go of my ‘clean diet’ and just eat croissants and sugar and drink 3 glasses of wine. Ofcourse extremely obstipated and full feeling, uncomfortable etc but I didn’t care because I struggle 24/7. Sunday night at home I took magnesium citrate as only difference (from my regular supplements) and Monday morning my apple cider vinegar and I collapsed. My stomach hurt SO bad I’ve never experienced anything like it. 4h later it got worse and worse and i went home from my lecture almost passing out. I got home and vomited light pink/red… I fell ‘asleep’ in foetus posture and cried. My roommate came in and called the ER and they told me to come. My CRP was 13 so low but blood pressure 90/60 and no hard abdominal while laying down only when standing. So they told me they couldn’t help me anymore.

However these past few days I have blurry vision, blood pressure of 81/52 and feeling vertigo while walking. I always struggle with nervous system issues but this is an extreme for me… I’m already working with a hypnotherapist and breath work coach but can anybody tell me what I’m missing?

I removed my IUD, getting my hormones checked in 3 months and only my zinc extreme low, cholesterol high and triglycerides low from week ago complete bloodwork.
