Looking for a iPad that is good for gaming

Hey, I am currently looking for a iPad that is good for games like Genshin, Leauge (Wild Rift) and other games. Genshin needs 6-8+ gb RAM on moblie to run smooth. I would by second hand anyway but my budget is about 500€. I could go a bit higher because I have to save up first anyway but i don’t want to spend nearly 1K on a Ipad. My current 6th gen has 2gb RAM, wich is obviously not enough. I want games to run smooth on alright graphics and in general a faster one since mine is very laggy and slow. What Ipad is good to buy for gaming, drawing and daily stuff like school work?
