[H] paypal [W] a new 40K army [Loc] USA

Hello everyone! I play necrons and tau but I’m feeling the itch to try something new! I’m open to pretty much everything except Votann, codex marines, or sisters. I’d like to not spend over $2500 but I’m open to negotiating!! I’m located in Indiana if that matters. Thank you for checking this out!!
