Potential GFE With My Girlfriend (21F) Question

Hopefully this post is allowed, if not I apologize in advance, I'm just trying to get some feedback on an idea that my girlfriend and I have had. Just for the sake of transparency I'm using a throwaway account for now to maintain anonymity but we're very real and potentially serious about this.

We're a long distance couple that enjoys her being shared from time to time, strictly online. Kind of like an online hotwife sort of thing, except along the lines of stag/vixen rather than cucking. She likes the attention, I like knowing that other men find my girlfriend to be attractive and appealing.

Our typical arrangement is just for her to seek out people to chat with online when she's in the mood to talk to other men (or women, but let's be honest 90% of women on Reddit are men catfishing lol). However, we've discussed the idea of her providing another man with some type of GFE. The exact details need to be figured out but something along the lines of:

She would let you pick out her outfit, within reason

She would go to a coffee shop or some similar location

You and her would video chat as if on an online date, with the caveat that I would be part of the call as well - just muted with my camera off, only ever observing unless I needed to step in for her protection.

Flirting, compliments, etc are allowed and encouraged as if it were a real date

If everything goes well and the vibe is right, a happy ending may be possible.

So the question is... are there people that would be interested in this sort of experience while being aware that she is in a committed non-open relationship and that I would be observing the interactions? And to be clear, not observing to kill the vibe or ruin the experience by imposing unfun boundaries. Rather, observing because I would enjoy seeing another man flirt with her and, in an extreme case (that hopefully wouldn't happen), for her protection.
