Anyone else

I don’t cut much if I did and my parents would see so instead I basically claw at my skin until I see blood. I have been told it looks like a road rash a lot. i only really do it this was cause it’s eaiser to make up excuse. I just dont know what to do anymore because of how scarred my hands are it takes like An hour to see anything.
