Kid Inflatable Beds in Bulkhead American Airlines

Hi! Flying bulkhead internationally with young kids. Are you able to have the inflatables in bulkhead? Anyone have suggestions to have a comfortable setup for a 5 & 7 year old and 20 month old sharing a seat ? Thanks!
