Should I adjust hours in this situation? (MB)

We hired our nanny about a month ago, and she brings her similarly-aged toddler along with her (which i knew about and wanted).

Now that my toddlers gotten used to a new routine and his sleep has evened out, most of the time I'm bringing him upstairs to feed him to sleep around 11:30-12 each day and he almost always slept until after 2. So then from noon to 2, her daughter and her are downstairs playing and resting.

Can I get advice on what to do? I know from reading this sub that asking for non- kid- related chores would be out of the norm, but i also don't want to "cut" her hours when she took the position with the understanding that she'd be working a certain number of hours per day.

We don't have a contract in place so we haven't agreed on writing to certain hours.
