Databases glitching in table view

My databases have started showing up jumbled in the table view. This an example of my reading list but all my databases are doing this. All the properties jump into the first column for some reason. I can't edit anything in this one but the title property. The properties I had added have disappeared

Does anyone else have this issue? How could I fix it?
