Is this Scam?

Earlier I made a post asking for a loan. After that, someone DM’d me saying I need to fill out a form so they can verify my details, and that they could send the money tonight.

The account is about 3 months old and has around 120 karma.

Does this seem suspicious or like a scam? Has anyone here experienced something similar before?
