Should I finish “your lie in April”?

so basically I watched the first few episodes but then got spoilered that she will die at the end.

After that I stopped watching it bc I don’t want her to die and I feel like if I never finish it she will “never die”. But I’m still thinking about weather I should watch it or not bc I feel like I won’t stop thinking about it until I watch it but I’m also very emphatic and do get emotional just thinking about her just disappearing from the MCs world.

What should I do?? Help
