Is 0LB Super Creek worth the selector tickets?

I'm planning on pulling on the Finemo rerun, but I only have enough carats to guarantee 1lb from pulls, and IDK if I want to pull on the future CB/Creek banner. I also have a rainbow lb crystal, but I'd rather save that for later. Of course, my plans could change depending on my luck with the rerun and the free anniversary pulls, but once those are done, should I use my selector ticket(s) if only to get a 0/1LB Creek?

Whether or not I have any luck with my pulls, I have good enough cards to meet the recommended 50 race bonus for Trackblazer without borrowing. I'd rather use my borrow slot on other meta cards, and I feel like my long builds have been suffering a bit for a while because I need to borrow Creek or Rice. Is a 0/1lb Creek worth the selector tickets?
