This is not okay.

Cooldown on discord is 6 hours. I asked to speak to mods privately they deleted my message. Im seriously considering asking for a refund and uninstalling. The way they’re handling this is atrocious and disappointing. I asked to speak to a mod privately and they deleted that too. What can be done about this? Do I put in a support ticket on the main website? So sad I might have to uninstall.
