Opinions on cards before doing spell

I was planning on doing a specific spell and decided to do some divination first as per usual. Now I’m new to tarot and wanted to get some second opinions on this. The spell is meant to help a relationship come closer together but it is dominating in nature. (The questions were a little more detailed when I actually asked)

Below is what I asked and what I pulled

1st question- what will the effects of this spell have on the relationship?

4 of swords, 7 of swords reversed, sun

2nd question - would this spell have the affects I’m looking for?

9 of cups, emperor

3rd question- for confirmation should I go through with this ?

4 of pentacles reversed

Now the only thing tripping me up was the last one. When I looked it up the card is typically a no. And is about relinquishing some control I think. And the spell is meant to gain some control and bring 2 people together
