Im hardstuck

I'm gold 2 on dps and plat 2 in 6v6. I think I'm decent, but in reality, I most likely suck. My win-loss ratio is too neutral. I win a game, then lose over and over, so I basically don't rank up. That's not my main issue tho. I think I'm too scared to derank. I say this because if I win a game or two, then I'll just get off because I don't want to lose the progress that I made. I feel like that's bad. Then if I do lose a game, then I get tilted because now I'm losing elo. Being tilted means losing games. I'm in a cycle. Maybe I should just play more.
