What’s the best way to grind spirits?

There’s moves I want from the spirit shop and my god I’ve done a few matches with a team of just spirits I want and my god I’ve made no progress. I only get players from the match or top player spirits. Not legendaries.

Have they just made these moves incredibly tedious to get or is there a better way than HERO mode Barcelona?
