Compensation

Hello!! like everyone else the flight got cancelled. Per EU laws we are applicable for compensation for cancelled flights. Qatar website sends you to fill a form but in that form there isn't anything close to a complaint for cancellation as an option. Has anyone experienced this and has any idea what to choose as an option, or is there a different way for it? thanks for you time!!!
