My frustrations with allot of the community

Hi guys ive just come back to overwatch bot played since like season 3 of overwatch 1 so its been a while i mostly play unranked just to try to get better and confident enough to play ranked ive been playing 3 character mainly

Juno for support i understand her i would say i need more work on my speed boosts, aswell as her movement (im old so still tryna get my thumbs to move the way i want😂)

Bastion for damage easiest character i could find other than soldier who i find just reminds me to much of cod ptsd😂😭

And Mauga for tank i like his set people on fire then crit i also like how he shreds other tanks😂

However i come up with teamates who i just find particularly arent good like if im on support my damagers will run in to a 5 man and shout heals at me like i didnt try with my 6-7k heals on the scoreboard or the dreaded widows who just arent good at positioning or shooting shouting at me heal when there at the farthest point back at spawn with 1 kill 5 deaths sorry if id rather prioritise the tank whos actually doing something😂

I also find when i have supports when im tank they always end up playing moira or mercy which is fine but when all im getting is damage boost from mercy or moira has 6k damage but they only have 2k heals meanwhile the other teams have 6-8k heals like we just end up fighting a quick one sided battle where we get steam rolled i just cant ever find compatent teamamtes someones always selling. And dont get me wrong i understand im not the best im not even confident enough to play ranked yet but i question how some people have such bad game sense
