One follicule at 30mm and 5th IUI tomorrow

Anyone conceived on 5th IUI or later? I’m really hoping this is it for us. It’s been 2 years of trying to conceive. Had two losses. I’ve recently started eating gluten free and dairy free for my PCOS. Is 30 mm two days before IUI too big? Will I ovulate too early?
