Forgot my date's name whoops

So a couple weeks ago I had a 2nd date that didn't end well sadly. But anyways we went to go mini golfing and on the score card, I was writing our names. For some reason, I blanked out for like a minute and couldn't remember and was just like "you can write your name". I don't know how that happened, and I will never erase this memory even though it's objectively not really a big deal.
