Can I still do AP and then AOS?

My EAD from DACA and DACA status expires on 11/2026. I got a bonafide letter from USCIS and another EAD that expires until 2029. I'm happy that my work permit is longer but I wished my lawyer had told me I could do Advance Parole under DACA and then adjustment of status for residency. There is no Advance Parole under for those in the UVISA wait-list and I'm afraid I'll lost my spot in the 6 year list if I do an application if advance parole. Can I even do Advance Parole and AOS at this point?
