Uticarial vasculitis

hello everyone

I have every sign of Urticarial vasculitis

Purple, lacy rash

What’s that last no more than 48 hours that turned into bruises

after pressure or impact

Fever and chills

And a whole list of other things

My dermatologist will not order any additional testing other than a punch biopsy

However, we cannot line up a flareup with an emergency biopsy or appointment in order to get that test done. I fear that I will be stuck in this cat mouse game for over a year before we can get this done. Does anybody have any advice?
