MPFL/TTO - dealing with fatigue and work 3 weeks post op

I’m 3 weeks post op (almost 4) from TTO/MPFL surgery and the fatigue/brain fog is hitting me hard this week. I returned to work (working remote right now) and I feel like I’m lagging behind half the time. I used to be able to handle back to back meetings with little issues and now I get foggy 30 minutes into meetings. I find myself needing to break more frequently and longer to do my at-home exercises, ice, make sure I eat etc. Even things like grabbing more water take longer because I’m still in crutches. The fatigue is a lot worse if I have physical therapy first thing in the morning because I feel sleepy for the rest of the day. I’ve been taking D3 and increased my calcium and protein intake to try to help with recovery. I‘m guessing I just have to ride this out as I heal but this frustrating. I thought I would handle things better than this. I feel like a need a nap every day lol

anyone else deal with a lot of fatigue and brain fog at this point? any tips for managing work at this time?
