How bad has shipping gotten?

It's not so much an issue about stores being far away, I live in a major city, but our cat has a cancer so I am trying to stay home with her as much as I can outside of work. I am a little desperate to get one more bottle of Once Upon A Time body spray before it's gone for good, and it would be easiest to just order online, but I've seen on here that many packages have been arriving somewhere between battered and exploded. It's been a long time since I've gotten anything delivered from LUSH myself. What has your experience been?
