Good places to record for an ethnographic film?

Hello all!

I am a U of M anthropology student filming a documentary, and I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations of places to film in Dearborn. There’s nothing specific I am looking for in terms of location, but if anybody is a business owner and wouldn’t mind me shooting inside their establishment, that is a huge bonus!

Please only recommend safe and legal places to film! (If I just need to ask permission though, that is alright)
