Career help

Hello fellow therapists. I’m at a crossroads. I am a LPC and want to go back to school. Problem is I cannot dedicate to a full time program because I can’t afford to not continue to work full time. I’ve considered an online PhD in a non clinical field (something like I/O psych) but I worry I won’t be a candidate for employment with an online degree. Does anyone have any insight into this, or any ideas on a different, non mental health degree but something useful? Would a business degree or something of the sort be appropriate? I don’t know what to do 😭
