Best place to list and lease condo in downtown an minimize costs

Looking to rent out downtown condo in Toronto. Would love to reduce costs in using realtor and still have MLS access. What is everyone using? Any one use https://listitrealty.ca/start-my-listing/ ?

Any recommendations for other services?
