I didn’t purchase the starter pack

So I haven’t played the game in a few weeks now and today when I opened the app it told me to update the game so I did. When I opened the app again it showed me the whole 2x coins permanently and 150 gems added to my account(the starter pack) but I never purchased it, I’m a hardcore free to play player so this kinda ruins it. How do I go about getting a refund?
