Shitty Neighbors

I live in Brooklyn for reference

I recently moved into my apartment building two months ago. I love my area, but yeah apartment building isn't great. But for 2k in NYC ? I will take it. However, the neighbors across from me have really been bothering me. I've seen them once or twice. They were okay when I met them, the lady even found my phone outside it dropped while I was moving. And I was very grateful for that. I live on the first floor, so noise is to be expected, also bugs. I've heard people have sex, bunch of noise upstairs ect. I can hear everything. Comes with the package lol.A month ago, I started hearing yelling and cursing this lady at like 8/9 AM in the morning. I'm from a big city already, so as long as I can tell someone isn't in danger I try to mind my business. But then I realized they're doing this outside in the hallway of my apartment, not in their own apartment in the morning all the time. And it is happening when I was trying to sleep a couple of times. Then, the front of their apartment is dirty af. Dog bed outside, pee I'm pretty sure, dirt. I realized on the ledge of their apartment is cigarettes that are ashed (multiple). Theres also ashed cigs out on the stairs and like 2 inches away from my apartment. This is when I started getting pissed. I contacted the manager he told me to contact the super. Theres also an exterminator that comes the end of the month but he screams "exterminator" and whoever is there will let him in. I always do. But people can't help if they have work or something their doing or don't hear him. But I never hear my neighbors let him in. I don't know their schedule, but one time after leaving my apartment he knocked on their door and they didn't anwser. 10 mins later they were outside walking their dog????? I know they heard him because they were looking out their door to see if he was gone?!! I was watching them because I had a feeling they would do that. I mentioned this only because now I saw Two baby Nymphs roaches in my bathroom. Their apartment I know for a fact wraps around mine. And if their outside of their apartment looks like shit, smells like shit, can't imagine the inside. The super told me theres really nothing he can do. I don't know if its coming from them but it doesn't make sense that it would come anywhere else any crevice/pipe is covered and I even block off my sink and shower when I'm not using it. Because I live on the first floor I try to make my apartment extremely clean, ensure exterminator comes, and I even use diatomaceous earth. Any recs what to do? :(

They are also one of those people that let their dog shit on the sidewalk and walk away. They also put their cat or dog shit in the trash thats literally inside the building in the front and not in the actual dumpster. I automatically dislike anyone after that lol
