Will a 330 w adapter work instead of a 400 w for the Blade 18 2025

My power adapter started making humming/ buzzing sounds when I plug it into an outlet of a truck. From what little research I did it sounds like that could have harmed the adapter. Since then I've had extreme performance issues across the board (Windows OS and any game played) I've done all the troubleshooting I could already so I'm hoping I just need a new power supply.

Does anyone know if using a 330 w instead of a 400 w will be harmful or even usable?
