Struggling to find replacement tips/nibs for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) S Pen

Hi! As the title says, I've been trying to figure out what type or model of s pen my tablet has to make sure I get the right kind of replacement tip. I was drawing a few days ago and the tip fell off; I still have the nib but now it's weird hard plastic on plastic, and I don't want to risk scratching the screen. I'm looking into getting a screen protector, but I also worry-- does the s pen work well through a screen protector?

Online, I've seen postings for replacement s pen nibs that seem to claim that the nibs should be interchangable with those for the Notes' 3 4 and 5. Is this true? They appear to have a similar construction but I don't know lol. I figured here would be a good place to post to ask questions, but if you think there would be a better place, I'd love recommendations! I had just found the tablet again, too... :')
