Found out my father(63M) physically abused my mom(55F) and has a bastard. How do i protect my mom and my future?

My uncle sent me a photo of my mom‘s head bleeding because of my father. He was so mad that he almost sued my father but my mom stopped him and didn’t want me to know. I have never thought my father would dare to do this to my mom. My father doesn’t know that i knew he beat my mom, he still sends me a photo of flower he bought for her for Woman’s Day. I pretend to not knowing anything for now.

My parents have been having issues for years, they fought a lot but still stay together for the sake of me and my sis. But recently, my father has been getting old and seems to go crazier by day, like he gets angry easier and couldn’t control his emotion and he would pour his anger on my mom whenever me and my sister are not home, especially now both of us are not even in the country. His problem stems from his work and his greed for money, he used to be a really good business man with moral but now something changes in him along with him couldn‘t manage to find a good project due to economy crisis since 2020, still he has a lot of different incomes but never satisfied with what he has. Not only financially, he came from a very poor background and conservative, causing him and the environment he grew up pushing him wanting to have a son so bad, this is one of his insecurity since people told him he has a good wife, good fortune, good daughters but no son. My mom refused to birth more after giving birth to me because of her health.

And today i found out he has a bastard elsewhere, and has made my mom sign agreement if they divorce, she would get nothing. That’s why she didn’t divorce him, because he would use me or my sis as her weakness.

I don’t even want to call him my father anymore, as much as he paid all of my tuition fee, i couldn’t accept a monster and a wife beater like that is the same blood with me. I have been away from home for long time so i couldn’t protect my mom. From what i heard, most of his good friends has cut ties with him, as well as his relatives, his action is far beyond crazy.

I know this is a lot for anyone reading, but what can i do to protect my mom from afar? I have asked my uncles to protect her for now. And also about the bastard, how can i build up myself to protect my inheritance and my sister? This could be a long legal battle in the future but i’m willing to do it, for now my father still thinks he has a good relationship with me.
