Blueray Samsung out

Good evening,

My Blu-ray player has stopped working. However, the cables in the walls are exactly the same. Is there a similar type of cable for a new 5.1 home theater system, with or without a Blu-ray player? I don't know much about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
