Divorce is final, but he wants more $
Divorce is finalized, but he’s still not happy…talking to his lawyer about monies that he states I owe him, things discussed in mediation that are “wrong”. He signed the agreement. It’s finalized in court. He waived rights to alimony, and we agreed to no child support.
Does he have any leg to stand on? Right now, I’m just going to let him spend as much money of his as he wants talking to a lawyer, and I’m not going to spend a dime until I’m officially served with something.
It’s my understanding that he could revisit child support, but other than that, you can’t just reopen a divorce case because you’re big mad, right?
