Power steering pump leaking

hi everyone! i had my 2013 cx9 sitting for over a year and finally got it going again but the pow steering fluid was pretty much gone; i filled it up and burped it only to find it leaking all over the ground.

i cleaned all the areas, filled it again and started bleeding it.

i stop and looked for the source and all indicates its leaking from the pump itself or I guess the seals.

I am seeking assistance on doing this job, i think i know what to do but space is very limited and was wondering if anyone has some tips.

i will remove passenger tire and panels; should i remove cv axle?

what tools are best fit for this job, i have limited options but can borrow from friends and/or buy a set or the right ones.

any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
