24F experiencing weird red bumps

Like the title said, i’m experiencing these red itchy bumps on my back, stomach, and near my waistband area. However, I have not been experiencing any bumps on my arms or legs.

I do have eczema but it’s really only on my hands/back of my knees. I typically only flare up in the winter time and even then it is mild (i just use eczema cream and i’m okay) I’m not sure if these are bug bites, hives, or what, so any help is appreciated
