Touchstarved

Is it normal to be so touchstarved it makes you physically ill? 🙃 I (19NB) have never in my life been in any kind of romantic scenarios...im still a handholding virgin for crying out loud!!!! Its actually eating away at me mentally and ive been trying to put myself out there but I feel like im so picky when it comes to who i like. I feel like romance is becoming hopeless and i dunno what to do anymore.
