all this remodel has done is reinforce that customers don't know how to read.

forget that we had signs at both entrances for weeks prior that we were preparing for this. every single day I've had to deal with at least one customer asking something along the lines of "why are you guys moving everything?!" "why have the signs been taken down?" "where did this department go? did you get rid of it?"

just Tuesday, I had one very dramatic man tell me that our store manager needs to be replaced "for moving everything around and not telling anyone". got met with a very exasperated "STILL!" when telling him that this is part of our remodel.

cannot wait for June when this is all over with... ugh.
