Are all silk ring slings water friendly?

As summer approaches, I've been thinking about water friendly ring slings for beach days. I was originally leaning towards a beachfront baby or Lenny Lamb (both mesh)...but then I stumbled across Aloha and Light. I'm in love!!! But I am not sure if it fits in the budget... they're also hard to find second hand, so are other silk ring slings also water friendly? For example, Sakura Bloom? Please feel to give other brand suggestions.
