Is shipping always this slow or has there been an error?

Basically the title, but for specifics I put in an order a week ago and it's still stuck in processing. This is my first order from NorthSpore, I get my regular supplies elsewhere because I have a good relationship with the vendor and I get my basics for a really good price. AIO bags, grain spawn, grow tent supplies, etc. But I saw the fruiting blocks in the store and I had to give it a try. I've heard nothing but good things about NorthSpore, spend any time at all in mycology groups online and they get brought up as one of the best vendors. But it's been a week and not a single update, is this normal? If it's because I ordered the fruiting blocks then I definitely won't do that again, the whole appeal was that there was a vendor that somehow had colonized blocks on-hand that I could just buy. Idk, anyone with any knowledge they could drop on me would be appreciated. Mush Love y'all
