Will I be stuck in retail forever

I’m lead at a major luxury retailer. I oversaw our stores repair department and now I’m basically an assistant manager. They sent me abroad as part of a very selective exchange program for three months last year and now I’m back in the grind of retail management… I hate it. I have a glimmer of hope my skills could transfer to something else… I just don’t know what yet. But I want to have regular hours. Working weekends means I don’t get any time with my partner. Is there hope I can break out of retail? I would love to hear anyone’s experiences with this.
