SIBO, does it need treating, or will it go away on infection antibiotics?

Hi,

two months ago I developed SIBO after overeating kimchi, and since then I havent been taking antibiotics. I wanted to ask, if you had SIBO, did you have to treat it first, or did it go away when you started normal antibiotics for lyme and bartonella?
